Wishing you and yours great tidings of comfort and joy during this season. However, if you celebrate differently this season, or not at all this time of year, my tidings extend into the new year with a wish for you to live, laugh and love out loud throughout the coming year.
Comfort and joy is a goal for which every leader would do well to seek and covet. Not comfort from difficulty or learning but the kind of comfort and joy that comes with hard work, inclusion and persistence. The kind that leaves you and each member of your team feeling deeply satisfied by the accomplishments you can only realize with the efforts of the entire team.
