ImpactBank's the Kickass Koach is hosted by Roxanne "Rox" Bartel. Rox uses stories and tips to support your thinking and exploration to help you navigate your career and life.

Rox is a Speaker, Coach and Workshop Facilitator who started ImpactBank and the Kickass Koach podcast to support leaders as they transitioned into leadership roles. Recently Rox had occasion to accept a few millennial clients and has become passionate about making her work to support them in their quest to build a career that inspires them while honouring their values.

Rox is setting out on a new journey starting in the summer of 2018 to build a system of workshops and group coaching opportunities to use social learning approaches in a coach-like style for professional men and women in their 30's. These systems help you uncover and redesign the patterns that have held you down. Together we'll be innovative and curious, mindful and open, solution and action oriented. Being #selfaware is just the start of the process AND it leads to a GREAT future.

How can I help you on-board your senior leaders more successfully?

Whether it's about systems or leadership skills, my mission is to help senior leaders make their workplace more productive, inclusive and innovative.

FEEDBACK NOTE: (Action Required.) The feedback I receive most about my podcast, in addition to how great my theme music is, centres exclusively on my tone and tenor. Apparently I am not fully authentic. My clients, friends, family and random people in my network tell me I don't sound like myself. AGH! How many times do I have to hear this! Well I do hear it and starting with this episode I am trying a few new things to change this. I welcome your feedback - tweet me, message me on LinkedIN or leave a comment below or connect with me via my website. Help me fix this. IF you have never experienced me directly set up a phone conversation with me if you like to compare for yourself.
