Behaviour that is born out of hubris, when observed with distance, may be cringe worthy but it strikes you, the transitioning leader, in the same pernicious way as the frog in the story who chooses to enjoy the warming water never springing into action before the water boils.

Two stories in this episode. First first isn't a new one - you can reference it again in the following episodes:

  1. Episode 035
  2. Episode 036
  3. Episode 037

You can also find a third story and more reflections on the subject in the LINKEDIN POST.
