Your shadow isn't about revealing a character or personality weakness necessarily; it may point out a bias or a limiting belief that has been holding you back from moving toward your potential. By staying in the shadows, behind the scenes, this attitude, mindset or belief may keep you from recognizing its impact which reduces your ability to make a conscious choice to use it or move beyond it.
Your choice: examine your collective shadow from the feared problem or look for the big opportunity.
