Being true to your values requires you to exercise courage every day AND when you find your back up against a wall.

Courage is only possible when you are clear about who you are? The bold leader is often misunderstood and to remain bold in the face of harsh criticism requires that you know yourself, your values and your boundaries.

Only when you have built strength from the inside-out will your bold and courageous leadership be sustainable.
