If you are ready to turn over a new leaf, make a real shift in 2018, you may want to start by accepting you are biased.

Knowing means responsibility. YOU ARE BIASED and knowing this means you have a responsibility to do something about it. As a leader you have significant opportunities 

This week's tip: Take a new and more systemic approach to breaking bias: make bias MORE conscious.
