One thing we are learning in the #MeToo movement is how easily we misunderstand each other. Behavior, both good and bad, comes out of a person's mindset, which comes out of an attitude and ultimately a set of beliefs.
If we are going to change the cultures that result in the worst of human behavior we need to be prepared to examine Beliefs, Attitude and Mindset.
Have you seen the Gorilla video yet? While where you place your attention governs what you see, your beliefs, limiting or not, filter what and how you see the world.
This week's tip: leaders who continually drill down to understand their core beliefs are better able to see clearly enough to engage every gorilla as they pass.
