Your predecessor left a shadow and what you do with it, or about it, will make a significant impact on your transition period and possibly your success you achieve. You are a leader so you want to make an impact SO set yourself up to get there rather than letting those that came before you to sabotage you.
This week's Quick Tip: as a leader your predecessor can be a silent adviser and catalyst for your learning - get curious about what was done before you and engage your team in your learning and build trust and thereby, influence.
