This week's theme: breaking for self
I advocate for more sleep. I also encourage more frequent
breaks. Some say a break is as good as a change. So before making a
big change enjoy a break first.
No more new posts from me this week as I am taking a break
from my regular schedule this week.
Today's tip: Take a break to improve your own
self regulation. Start with a quick break every hour. Move to a
meaningful one every day. After that you are ready to add a
significant one each week and month. To really kick it up a notch
add an inspiring and lazy annual break whether in the form of a
vacation or a stay-cation. You'll be happier, healthier, wealthier
and wiser. What's the down side?
