Your beliefs form your attitude which ultimately create your mindset. AND since your mindset is driving your behaviour, you are directly responsible for the outcomes you produce in your life.
Only thing is this….your beliefs are made up of a complicated web that has been forming and shifting from the day you were born. It is not so easy to influence let alone change them but it can be done.
In this first part of the series on Mindset I take some time to paint a picture of how we change our collective beliefs, attitudes and mindsets. Sometimes by seeing it in the big picture it helps us recognize what we can do in our own lives.
Part I of the series is a bit longer than most of my podcasts because I also offer some specific learning you can apply in your work.
Join my mailing list and you will receive a worksheet by the end of August that supports your thinking and learning on Mindset.
Check out the Blog Post that accompanies this podcast on my website and feel free to share your learning, comments or questions.
Next Week: I will examine a story of when I learned how I would make better choices by recognizing a limiting belief that was holding me back. As the series progresses we will look at the Judger/Learner Mindset and the Growth/Fixed Mindset.
Have a kickass day!
