Owning your feelings is empowering.
We often get many messages in childhood about how we may be responsible for the feelings of others. We may also learn to assign responsibility for our own feelings onto others.
Regardless of which direction the responsibility is being assigned, you have an opportunity to take personal power back by simply exploring how you engage with feelings.
This week's Quick Tip: #Dothework by becoming more self-aware so you recognize and adapt in situation where you are giving or taking ownership of feelings inappropriately.
