This week's theme: Precepts
A precept is a standard you set for yourself. By establishing and clearly envisioning what it looks like behaviourally, you are living the principles of self-regulation.
Today's tip: being who you want to be isn't as easy as you may think. You can Make it a bit easier by setting a few key standards for your life, monitoring and adjusting your behaviour to match the person you aspire to be.
