Identity is our foundation. We may not choose our identity, but we choose the degree to which we discover its nuances and whether to develop the insights to grow in a healthy manner.

Podcast tip: being true to our self, choosing our identity and defining who we are for our self, is an act of love that frees us in ways that make us stronger, the kind of strength that is made more perfect in its weakness.
