Well-being adds value. Is overall #well-being in short supply?

In 2022 why not make it a priority. Perhaps it will offer an advantage.

Hosted by Roxanne "Rox" Bartel, this podcast in 2022 focuses on interventions, stories and reflections on how we can all expand our well-being and inspire the same in others around us.

Rox walks with her clients, offering an "all you could need" in coaching services at a flat monthly rate with the mission of expanding our individual and collective well-being.

What happens between meetings is where the real magic of meetings matters.

When you leave a meeting feeling good - it was a great conversation - and things don't change substantially before the next meeting you can do better.

Successful Senior Leaders know that it's what happens between meetings what really matters - it's what changes things and moves a project, team, department or agency forward.

Bottom line - when you have figured out how to have effective meetings don't forget about what needs to happen between meetings.

We started the series discussing PURPOSE,  and the potential power in each meeting. Last week we explore the power of PREPARATION.

Today we will focus on the PATH or PROCESS. There is an art to conversation just as there is an art to hosting powerful meetings. When you have carefully prepared and personally honed your skills you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in almost any meeting.

A meaningful conversation isn't possible when we just use our meetings to download information. If you are guilty of doing this you are wasting the resources in the room and the cost is much higher than you likely realize.

The blog post offers supporting documentation including a review of the Things to Consider & Things You Can Do for the series. It now has three sections (one for each episode in the series) so there are more points for reflection and action steps for you to consider.
