Well-being adds value. Is overall #well-being in short supply?

In 2022 why not make it a priority. Perhaps it will offer an advantage.

Hosted by Roxanne "Rox" Bartel, this podcast in 2022 focuses on interventions, stories and reflections on how we can all expand our well-being and inspire the same in others around us.

Rox walks with her clients, offering an "all you could need" in coaching services at a flat monthly rate with the mission of expanding our individual and collective well-being.

We don't fit neatly into boxes and yet we need categories and generalizations to communicate. Frankly language itself is about using an agreed upon set of letters to form words we all understand in order to communicate. TODAY I am using these categories in the area of gender from the historical way we categorize as: women and men. I also need to say that as individuals you will have varying degrees of attachment or experience in both. For example, I'm personally a bit more masculine in my approach than I am feminine BUT I do better when I recognize the value of both and allow myself to lean one way or the other based on the circumstances of any interaction.

Today we are looking at: motivational differences, functional differences and emotional differences in the way we network AND build relationships.
