Back-off Creep!
As a leader you need to carefully consider the approach you take. There are times you need to be bold and assert yourself whether it's about setting your own boundaries or supporting other's. AND there are other times you need to be more thoughtful about the individual and collective social brain of the individuals involved.
As a leader you will do better if you have more than one approach - more than one language - making you able, even proficient, at adapting to the circumstances.
