Feelings of inadequacy hold you small. The best antidote is to build a feeling of empowerment, which is an inside job.
Today's tip: The blame and shame game keeps you small and limited - like you're not enough - stuck in an inferiority complex or feeling inadequate. Choosing instead to build a deep self awareness will help you discover what matters most and it will empower you to reach for it EVEN when the road is narrow or full of pot holes.
