The Labour Day theme: self compassion
Before going into the fire to save others, put on your own oxygen
mask. One benefit I seek to create for my clients is expanding
resilience. Healthy resilience is built on self compassion which
ultimately supports sustainable and meaningful success. Making the
drive for productivity an extreme sport is not sustainable.
Today's tip: Practice self compassion as a first step to
combat feelings of burnout. What does it benefit a person to risk
it all and fail to enjoy the journey as a result
