This week's theme: habitually stuck
Do you have habits that once served you really well but no longer
do? Perhaps you developed them to fit a particular job or a
challenge you were facing. Has that habit become so embedded in
your behaviour that you over-use it now? Consider taking stock of
your habits and learn how to pick and choose what's serving you
today and what's not.
The ability to make the shift in habits throughout your life and career is worth nurturing.
Today's tip: pay attention to the reason a
habit is so sticky for you and determine how it served you once and
whether it still does.
