Well-being adds value. Is overall #well-being in short supply?

In 2022 why not make it a priority. Perhaps it will offer an advantage.

Hosted by Roxanne "Rox" Bartel, this podcast in 2022 focuses on interventions, stories and reflections on how we can all expand our well-being and inspire the same in others around us.

Rox walks with her clients, offering an "all you could need" in coaching services at a flat monthly rate with the mission of expanding our individual and collective well-being.

Whether it's the findings of the Truth & Reconciliation Report, the 7th Inning of the ALDS, or our response to the Syrian Refugee Crisis our response starts with our brain's need for fairness.

Just beneath the surface we are all scanning situations for fairness.  When we find it, we experience a significant level of satisfaction.  When we do not, our amygdala's are triggered.

In this week's episode we explore the ALDS Game 5 inning 7 for the human reaction to perceived unfairness.

As a leader you will be rewarded when you recognize and appropriately respond to perceptions of unfairness in your organization.
