Well-being adds value. Is overall #well-being in short supply?

In 2022 why not make it a priority. Perhaps it will offer an advantage.

Hosted by Roxanne "Rox" Bartel, this podcast in 2022 focuses on interventions, stories and reflections on how we can all expand our well-being and inspire the same in others around us.

Rox walks with her clients, offering an "all you could need" in coaching services at a flat monthly rate with the mission of expanding our individual and collective well-being.

What is a comfort zone?  In today’s podcast I refer to it as a rut.

As a child driving with my family in the country I remember getting a chuckle from a sign a local farmer put up on a community dirt road—“Beware the rut you choose, you may be there a while.”  At the time I don’t think I understood the comment fully.

I plan to explore comfort zone more fully over the course of the podcast because it is MORE than a rut.  Individuals, parents, leaders, departments, companies and countries are all vulnerable to the danger of that comfort zone.  If you have ever heard yourself saying, “Well that’s just the way we do things around here,” you have already fallen prey to the dangers.

I invite you to check out my blog post that accompanies this podcast where I explore the concept further AND watch for more podcasts on the subject.  You will find that on my website.

Next week in the podcast I introduce the concept of the dreaded inner critic and a few strategies to confront her.
