Well-being adds value. Is overall #well-being in short supply?

In 2022 why not make it a priority. Perhaps it will offer an advantage.

Hosted by Roxanne "Rox" Bartel, this podcast in 2022 focuses on interventions, stories and reflections on how we can all expand our well-being and inspire the same in others around us.

Rox walks with her clients, offering an "all you could need" in coaching services at a flat monthly rate with the mission of expanding our individual and collective well-being.

Contact Rox for a complimentary exploratory conversation before deciding to sign up for #Well-Being Expansion. Links in every set of show notes and on Rox's LinkedIn.

Emotion moves us all and it will serve you as a leader to learn how to navigate your own and others.

While I focus on the emotion of anger most in today's tip, of course, while anger is a catalyst for change, you may want to look much more broadly at emotion. I may write a post this week to cover this more broadly.

Crying may never be an expression of emotion we are comfortable navigating; in case you are too young to recognize my reference in the hint or the title, check out Tom Hanks HERE.

One suggestion I make today is to explore how to regulate your emotions and I point to ImpactBank's the Kickass Koach Episode 62 and Episode 63 as places you can start.

No corresponding post this week but check out my website and past blog posts.
