To be understood is an underrated pleasure.
When you feel understood do you feel connected, supported, constructively challenged and creatively inspired? Most people do.
I'm playing with this concept in the #RRTs this year AND with organizations open to a taster-experience. It's not a course - it's not a coaching contract. It's a social experiment my team and I will bring to your organization or team to start a shift in your culture.
Hey while you're at it learn a bit about the new course I'm developing for late 2017 called it takes Grit. I have been contracted to deliver the basics of this course at a few professional conferences and professional associations later in 2017 and into 2018 and I plan to deliver the course in both classroom environments and on-line.
