Our Brains are wired to connect. Your ability to be gritty when it's required and to build a gritty team, all starts with understanding the basics of how when we are wired together, we fire together and ultimately them thrive together. Today the focus is on appreciating the importance of valuing the importance of the connections within your team.
While it may be easier to be a lone-wolf leader, who rules with clarity of vision and deliberate and precise direction, your long term success depends on your ability to build connections with and between others AND that requires you to be a listener and even seek Social license.

Hey while you're here, learn a bit about the new course I'm developing for late 2017 called it takes Grit. I have been contracted to deliver the basics of this course at a few professional conferences and professional associations later in 2017 and into 2018 and I plan to deliver the course in both classroom environments and on-line.
