Hosted by Roxanne "Rox" Bartel, this podcast uses stories and reflection questions to support deeper thinking and exploration for listeners.

Rox walks with her clients, helping them contribute more and expand their influence, while enjoying the journey as they uncover patterns and habits that impede or inspire the future they seek. Her focus is on expanding awareness - self-awareness - and a deeper understanding of our impact in and on the world.

In 2021 she is focusing on resilience; why, how and what to do to expand it so we can make the most of the post-pandemic world we crave.

Leadership is more than a position--it is about our choices and the example we set for others.  Leadership has nothing to do with the promotion you earned, it is about the approach you take to assuming the duties and it is about the choices you make along the way.

At ImpactBank we are in the business of partnering with and supporting those promoted into leadership roles during their first two years of service.  We provide coaching and mentoring services both 1 to 1 and in groups.  While we introduce and build on models and approaches to solving problems and navigating leadership challenges, we focus first on building a foundation of self awareness so you are prepared to face the unique challenges ahead.

In this episode we reflect on six character strengths that will benefit you as a leader who sees your role as a service to your people, team and the community or organization you serve.
