Well-being adds value. Is overall #well-being in short supply?

In 2022 why not make it a priority. Perhaps it will offer an advantage.

Hosted by Roxanne "Rox" Bartel, this podcast in 2022 focuses on interventions, stories and reflections on how we can all expand our well-being and inspire the same in others around us.

Rox walks with her clients, offering an "all you could need" in coaching services at a flat monthly rate with the mission of expanding our individual and collective well-being.

Is it possible to be too accommodating--making everyone feel good at the expense of getting anything real accomplished?  You know the person who is chameleon-like, shifting with the wind.

Then there's the leader who rigidly follows every rule almost blind to the impact on people and unable to see the grey areas not covered by or appreciated by the rules.

If you didn't listen to Episode 28..PART I you may want to do that first. In Episode 28 we meet the 4 characters Marley, Pete, Alan and Cynthia and hear the story that will form the foundation for the entire series.

In Part 2 we're considering 2 of the character traits of the Master Leader: diplomacy and honesty.

While I remind you throughout the series that you are not defined by any particular strength or trait you are responsible for knowing yourself.

Self-awareness is critical to being effective in leadership.

ImpactBank is in the business of coaching and mentoring leaders (Directors and C-Suite Executives) during their first two years in role, giving them a leg up so they, in turn, will give their organization a boost.

Thank you to all the regular listeners.  A special thanks to Kimberly for all your enthusiastic support and advice; to Cindy, James, Brian and Glen for your direct and thoughtful feedback; to Augusta for the coaching (you really were kick-ass and I hear you in my head every week).

Thanks again to Greg and Rob for the Kickass Koach theme.

NEXT TIME We're discussing the character traits of Creativity and Perspective.  Is it possible to be so creative you lose perspective? Don’t miss it….
