Who we are (human), how we think and process (cultural/cognitive) and how we do things (systems/behavioral) are the three categories into which diversity can fall.
Leaders are in the business of bringing out the best in people - often people who see and experience the world differently than they do. If you are a leader you will exceed your own and the expectations of your board or senior leadership when you develop an approach that leverages the advantages diversity offers.
