Your beliefs form your attitude which ultimately create your mindset.  AND since your mindset is driving your behaviour, you are directly responsible for the outcomes you produce in your life.

That simple.

Only thing is this….your beliefs are made up of a complicated web that has been forming and shifting from the day you were born.  It is not so easy to influence let alone change them but it can be done.

In this first part of the series on Mindset I take some time to paint a picture of how we change our collective beliefs, attitudes and mindsets.  Sometimes by seeing it in the big picture it helps us recognize what we can do in our own lives.

Part I of the series is a bit longer than most of my podcasts because I also offer some specific learning you can apply in your work.
