Your brain can either support you or sabotage you - your choice!
Today we explore 3 adaptations that helped people, as a species, survive. Yes there was a point in our history when it was in question and we needed to adapt or perish.
NOW, in today's world these same adaptations can sabotage you. Successful people, great leaders seek to recognize them and mitigate any damage they can do and in time learn to leverage them to achieve great things.
This week's Quick Tip: Being aware of our most fundamental drives allows you to recognize when they are sabotaging you and the performance of your team, and to them harness those same drives to achieve greatness.
