Rox is a Speaker, Coach and Workshop Facilitator who started ImpactBank and the Kickass Koach podcast to support leaders as they transitioned into leadership roles. Recently Rox had occasion to accept a few millennial clients and has become passionate about making her work to support them in their quest to build a career that inspires them while honouring their values.

Rox is setting out on a new journey starting in the summer of 2018 to build a system of workshops and group coaching opportunities to use social learning approaches in a coach-like style for professional men and women in their 30's. These systems help you uncover and redesign the patterns that have held you down. Together we'll be innovative and curious, mindful and open, solution and action oriented.
