This week's theme: Intensity
Intensity feels fantastic but when taken to the extreme or
exercised for a prolonged period it does damage. You need space to
be a continuous and life long learner. The trick is to find the
right level of intensity. Performance in life and at work is tied
to finding your sweet spot.
Today's tip: Start noticing when and what
increases or diminishes your intensity so you know what to inject
or reject as necessary to land in your sweet spot.
