Being authentic is NOT about being who you were or even who you want to be; its about leading from a deep self-awareness EVEN as you evolve and grow. To be your authentic self - at your CORE - relies on your ability to adapt, grow and change.
It relies on your willingness to be VULNERABLE. It's tougher AND more rewarding than you likely realize - unless you've started to practice it.
