Hey, what if noticing your patterns is not only the first but the most powerful step in making choices for change?
The patterns of your mind are shaped by how you see and engage in the world. If you haven't noticed yet, you have your own unique perspective that was developed by your specific life experiences. This means you see the world differently than anyone else - which is cool - and speaks to another element of human diversity. It also adds dimension to the phrase, two heads are better than one. As a senior leader, when you bring a variety of perspectives together, rather than getting entrenched solely in your own, you will see more broadly AND more clearly.
The blog post offers supporting documentation including a review of how I am playing with and working on some habits I have chosen to explore throughout the series. I invite you to join me on the journey of discovery.
