That's just not the way we do things around here.

If it ain't broke, why fix it?

Both phrases may indicate you or your team/department are stuck in systemic habits. It makes we wonder whether this could be a form of Group Think?  

DEFINITION: Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that occurs within a group of people in which the desire for harmony or conformity in the group results in an irrational or dysfunctional decision-making outcome.

I challenge you to shake up something in your life today - how does it feel? Do something that makes you uncomfortable every single day and it will shake up your habits!
