Change is the only constant. Refusing or resisting change is one thing that leads to deep regrets. 
 
 
Podcast Tip: waiting to reflect on what we want our life to produce or mean is common. It's not necessary though.
 
Regrets are a waste of energy at any time. They do, however, wake us up to a need for change. SO, wake-up already.
